We guarantee that our plants are healthy and true-to-name at time of purchase.  If a nursery plant* does not survive the first year after purchase, and the management determines that it has had reasonable and adequate care, we will refund 50% of the cost of the plant. Please be prepared to present a receipt as proof of purchase.  If a plant is not true-to-name, return the plant with a receipt and we will be happy to accept it as a return or exchange. 

Due to the breakable nature of statuary, garden accents, garden benches, pottery, and gazing globes, all sales of these items are final.  Please carefully inspect each item for any defects prior to purchase. 

*annuals, perennials, roses, groundcovers and clematis vines are not covered under this guarantee.
