A Letter from Paul:
“While many folks are focused on getting those fall projects done, we wanted to let you know that Sprucedale Gardens will once again have a great selection of freshly cut Christmas trees this year. After taking one year off, we will have our fresh trees on display right after Thanksgiving, along with fresh wreaths of balsam and mixed greens.
Our tree selection will include Balsam and Fraser Firs, from 5’ tall up to 10’ tall. Joyce will be busy creating some really nice cemetery boxes with fresh greens, and some planters filled with greens and berries that can really dress up your front steps. As always, we will have live trees as well. The living trees are growing in a pot or have their roots wrapped in burlap, and can be used indoors for up to 10 days. Then after Christmas you would plant it outside and be able to enjoy the tree for many years to come!
We provide care sheets with all our living Christmas trees, so you’ll know just what to do to be successful with a live tree. Holiday hours at Sprucedale Gardens are Friday and Saturday, from 9 am to 4 pm, and Tuesday through Thursday by chance or appointment. (If the weather is nice, we’re usually open those days.) We are closed on Sunday. Delivery service is available to get your tree home if needed.
