LAST CARROTS OF THE WINTER
We just harvested the last carrots from our garden. We had piled some extra soil on them in November to keep them from freezing. But with cold weather coming our way, it was time to dig them!

PAUL’S HOOP GREENHOUSE
In 2014, Paul built this hoop greenhouse to grow vegetables in early spring or late fall. Amazingly, with only natural heat this hoop greenhouse can produce vegetables until late November or early December! Paul is using the hoop greenhouse this year for broccoli, green beans, carrots, Swiss chard, kale and tomatoes.
