This tropical plant has royal blue blossoms that are sure to inspire. A favorite in Florida, the Jules Dwarf Tibouchina is also available to New Englanders, who love to decorate their homes with these compact shrubs.
"The flowers change color based on the soil's pH level. If it's more acidic, the flowers will be blue. If it's alkaline the flowers will be pink. The flowers are a range of color from blue, lavender and pink when the soil is neutral." - Lynn, employee.
