Paul is excited to announce that despite some below zero winter days, his 13 honey bee colonies have survived through the snowy months! "This is extraordinary," said Paul. PAUL’S HOOP GREENHOUSE

In 2014, Paul built this hoop greenhouse to grow vegetables in early spring or late fall. Amazingly, with only natural heat this hoop greenhouse can produce vegetables until late November or early December! Paul is using the hoop greenhouse this year for broccoli, green beans, carrots, Swiss chard, kale and tomatoes.
